Nice very informative !!! Way to take action guys! I am a Dean Graziosi student so I try and and gain all the info I can regarding REI so My question is this would you consider lending more towards an individual that has a legit LLC in the works but hasnt done there first deal yet or woud you just rather the person has POF for the six months in case anything goes wrong. You know what I mean? eg. I think spending 300 (for an LLC) to cover my rear before even jumping into REI is a pretty smart way of building the propper foundation. Just because when I go to A HML or a Bank or Seller they would take me serious. What are your thoughts on this, It’s important to me because you guys sound pretty solid!
I think you should start investing before you worry about protecting yourself. You are spending money on something you have never done and may not ever want to do again. My advise is to spend that money on education or on a deal that will help you start making money in the business and than you can worry about protecting it. Good luck.
